The decision to obtain this certification reflects our desire to place customer satisfaction at the heart of the system, by proposing services that are geared to the charterers’ needs and expectations.

In our bid to constantly improve quality (for example, establishing monthly tracking boards, improvement programmes, monitoring performance indicators, analysis, etc.), BOURBON is currently carrying out the harmonisation of the existing documentation systems shared across the entire Bourbon Offshore fleet.
