Recognized last year in the Mid-Cap category for its governance efforts, this year BOURBON has been awarded the AGEFI Grand Prize for Corporate Governance for its commitment to progress by the Steering Committee set up by Agéfi.
The Grand Prize for Corporate Governance is intended to recognize the companies of the SBF 120 with the best corporate governance practices, all practices combined:
BOURBON has also placed second for the "Board Members" Prize, which highlights the openness and diversity of the Board of Directors, currently composed of nine members, including two women, four non-French members, and four members considered to be independent under the criteria defined by the MEDEF report.

General rules for 2007 AGEFI Grand Prize for Corporate Governance [french version]
BOURSORAMA, the leader in online financial information in France, and its partner OpinionWay, a consulting firm specializing in individual shareholder behavior, have been conducting for seven years a national study on the Internet sites of publicly traded companies: Boursoscan.
For the 2007 competition, nearly 250 sites of traded companies were rated by 6,340 Internet users.
The 7th edition of the Boursoscan Grand Prizes rated BOURBON second for the Small and Mid Caps Grand Prize.
Laurent Renard, Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, stated: "BOURBON’S Internet site has been online for two years and we are working to expand it and upgrade it regularly.
