BOURBON manages and operates nearly 250 vessels.
With 4300 employees worldwide and 850 French Seamen on board vessels under French International Register (RIF), BOURBON is one of the largest recruiter and employer of the Maritime sector in France.
On a manpower of 4300 employees, more than 90% belong to the Offshore Division. They are recruited in nearly 50 different countries according to the following geographical areas:

Manpower development within the Offshore Division
The implementation of the Horizon 2012 plan schedules the recruitment of 4500 persons; it means to double the current workforce over one 4 years period.
These on coming employees will be distributed within the Offshore Division in the following way:
- 67 % Marine Services
- 28 % Subsea Services
- 5% Offshore functional personnel
